Pop a pouch under your top lip and you're ready to go. You may feel a slight tingling sensation, which is just the nicotine and flavours being released. One pouch will usually last for about 30 minutes. Once finished either dispose of sensibly or place it in the can lid for throwing away later.
There are 20 pouches in one can.
ZONE pouches should only be placed under your top lip, where the nicotine will be absorbed through your gum. Do NOT swallow, chew or suck them.
